"show otv" display secondary ip address of a join-interface, which has already been removed

Conditions:
Configured ip/secondary ip on a port-channel/sub-interfaces
Add that interface to overlay interface as join-interface
Remove that interface by "no int"
Reconfigure the same join interface with different secondary ip addresses
"show otv" will show all ip addresses as well as the removed ip as secondary ip
