Description (partial)

Symptom:
WLC returns stale GET entries after delete operation from Pi 1.4

Conditions:
When delete operation is issued on APGroups vlan mapping(WLAN-VLAN mapping) on a AP group which is applied to 100s of APS, the device returns success for the delete operation.
However the subsequent GET operation returns stale entries, I.e returns the previous entries which was supposedly deleted. This happens since the device is taking longer time to delete but returns a success before completion.
The stale GET entries has to two side effects on PI-
1.	Eventually when the delete has completed on the device, all entries are gone. However since the GET has already returned stale entries PI s DB is updated with those which will cause PI and device to be in audit mismatch state.
2.	When PI tries to provision few other WLAN-VLAN mappings after deleting , it could lead to improper provisioning which is what happened at the CU site.
