Description (partial)

Symptom:
2-3 times every minute, the TelePresence immersive system sysop logs report the following error: "user 5 root: getServicesUrl exits with 3"

Conditions:
The following conditions must be present: 1. the system has a Touch Panel connected. 2. The system has a Cisco Unified IP Phone with MIDlets that do not function.
