Issue in create file format configuration page

Go to Bulk administration- select phone or User device profile or gateways - select create file format - add new- save it. 

then once again click add new in configuration page. Give new file name then Save it.

Try to add more file format by clicking Add New button in the configuration page.

It throws "	Add failed. File format name is already in use.Please specify a different file format name."

But in find and list page , it shows the newly added file name.

It shouldn't throw error in Configuration page for new file name.
