Description (partial)
Symptom: Field notice Alerts showing different URLs at different levels. On high level(IR portal -> Product Alert POD -> Field Alert Notices), we see it displaying A very specific product related field notice Alerts. Whereas in the drill down, IR portal -> Product Alert POD -> Field Alert NoticesAffected devices - IP address View- chassis details -> Product Alerts --> Common URL under drill down view on device level: http://www.cisco.com/public/support/tac/fn_index.html Conditions: 1) IR -> Product alert -> field notices alerts-> commom/specific field notice url -> affected devices -> ip address view -> chassis/cards -> product alerts -> field notices on the online product alert pod, select the field notices alerts, we see the the specific/common URL under the field notices. And when we further drill down on the affected devices (chassis/cards) and go to product alerts-> field notices we see the common URL under the device specific level 2) IR report -> product alert pod -> export (xml/pdf) If we download the Product alert report (offline report) we get common url under alert definition tab rather than the device specific field alert
