Description (partial)

Symptom:
Crash when plug/unplug usb hub during call

Conditions:
1. Register phone to SRST, connect usb hub with headset Jabra Biz 2400 to the phone
2. Make an incoming call to phone, during ringing, plug/unplug usb hub
3. Answer the call by headset, during the call, plug/unplug usb hub

Result:
Phone crashed and was dead during reboot. Can not recover to registered status.
