Description (partial)

WSON circuit reroute fails if the new requested path uses a link of the original path in the opposite direction.

When routing a circuit, e.g., from A -> B -> C -> D to  A -> C -> B -> D;  nodes B and C are crossed in the reverse
direction by the two paths.
In these nodes, the existing OXC resources are not correctly made available to the new path causing the rerouted circuit activation failure.
