Description (partial)

High. Top management users are impacted.
Affected number of users is increasing. All users face the same issue.
Customer will migrate all machines to Win 7 soon and version 2.2 is not supported at Win 7.

- Video using CUVA disconnects once the user is on the call with error message.
- Present only in CUVA version 2.3 regardless of the Windows OS .
- A downgrade to CUVA version 2.2 on a Windows XP machine does not manifest the problem (CUVA 2.2 is not supported in Windows 7).

Trigger of the issue:
- Up until now, the issue has been reported as intermittent but it is very often. issue happens on two scenarios:
(1)When camera is manually turned off by the user, the same DLL error is observed after 5 to 10 minutes.
(2)When a user locks their machine, the camera is automatically turned off. The same DLL error is observed after 5 to 10 minutes.
