Description (partial)

Symptom:
Callers hear some slight audio clipping or pops when hearing Music-on-Hold greeting announcement and/or music audio.

Conditions:
This is only occurring when:
  (a) MOH audio source is being used for user or network hold with:
        (1) "initial announcement" is configured for use

  OR
  (b) MOH audio source is being used for Route-Point Call Queuing with:
        (1) "Initial announcement" is configured for use AND
        (2) "Initial announcement" is configured to "Play only when queued"

This generally occurs when the initial announcement audio wav file is more than 15 seconds in duration.
