Symptom:
Client fails to connect to deskphone if device name is mixed case

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce:
1. User has a CTI device assigned in Cisco Unified Communications Manager with mixed case name e.g. SEPdca5f4872365
2. User switches to deskphone mode to control this device in the client
3. User restarts client
4. Client fails to connect to this device
