Symptom: PIN setup pop-up is not displayed after factory reset Conditions: 1. Upgrade the device to the software 10-2-1D5-1dev. 2. Perform factory reset after the upgrage is success. 3. Proceed with the setup and register the device with the CUCM. 4. Observe the setup process and after the device gets registers to the CUCM.
