Symptom: TMS 13.2.1 Availability is based on incorrect timezone when booking conference Steps to reproduce the issue: - User A is configured in TMS under Admin tools > Users, and has a Timezone of GMT+8 - User A logs-in to TMS and books a new conference - Any resource is added as participant to the conference - The start time is set to any date at 00:00 (ex: 04/10/2014 00:00) - However the availability page listing the participants still shows the availability from the day before (ex: 04/09/2014) > The participant section should show the availability for the 10th instead, as per the start time. Issue is 100% reproducible. Conditions: User's timezone is different the the TMS timezone.
