Description (partial)

This issue is seen ONLY on XE312 ASR1001-X images when there is a NIM inserted.
NIM is not supported in ASR1001-X XE312

It is fixed in XE313.

The following messages are repeatedly logged in  cmand_R0-0.log due to which the following message may appear on console.
*Apr  4 12:07:02.710: %BTRACE_ROTATE-3-ARCHIVE_FAIL: SIP0: btrace_rotate.sh:  Error archiving trace file - cmand_R0-0.log.19128.20140404120702(error:'mv: skipping file `cmand_R0-0.log.19128.20140404120702', as it was replaced while being copied' for file created:2014-04-04:12:07:02, closed:2014-04-04:12:07:02)

Conditions:
NIM is inserted in ASR1001-X having XE312 image.
