Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles

Known Affected Releases

10.0

Description (partial)

Symptom:
If CUACS is running behind another application, even with Pop-To-Front enabled for all alert types, the application will not pop-to-front.

Turns out this behavior is working as designed. Thus the documentation (Installation and Configuration Guide) needs to be updated to reflect the same. An enhancement request is going in for 10.5, to give the application the full functionality to pop to front if behind another application window or minimized to the taskbar.

Conditions:
If CUACS is running behind another application, even with Pop-To-Front enabled for all alert types, the application will not pop-to-front.
