Description (partial)

If the client process writing to the DRAM has the same shadow memory offset as the server process that allocated the page, then only skip the mapping of the shadow memory for the client process. Otherwise, the same shadow memory physical offset should be mapped in client process address space so that the shadow offset is same as the server process allocated offset.

Symptom:
Continuous PPE dumps observed in a scale observed causing traffic drops.

Conditions:
In a scaled configuration having IGP, BGP and labeled routes when sending traffic encountered PPE exceptions causing traffic drops and rendering the card in an unstable state.  This issue was reproduced with a scale configuration and a fix was verified  on the same test bed.
