Symptom: Do not see the Cisco SNMP Agent Management to add into Snap-in Conditions: Attempting to setup SNMP for ICM 9.O using the SNMP Guide for Cisco Unified ICM/Contact Center Enterprise & Hosted Release 9.0(1) Add Cisco SNMP Agent Management Snap-in From the Start menu select Run.... In the Start box type in mmc and press ENTER. From the Console, select File > Add/Remove Snap-in A new window appears. From the Standalone tab, verify Console Root is selected in the Snap-ins added to: field and click Add. In the Add Snap-in window scroll down and select Cisco SNMP Agent Management.
