Description (partial)

Symptom:
SCU can test PDisk only when it belongs to RAID volume.
When we try to test PDisk which doesn't member of RAID volume, SCU returns error like attached screenshot.
Our partner want to test disks before they ship server to customer site.
So they want to test physical disks without creating RAID volume.

Conditions:
With every type of HDD and SSD and this phenomenon occurs solidly.
