Cisco Bug: CSCuo14014 - No way to see that CTS/TX endpoint is in TMS mode

6.1.1
Description (partial)
Symptom: A CTS/TX endpoint can apparently be in "TMS mode". However, there is no way (apart from logging in as root and checking the /nv/state/SRSystemInfo file!) to verify that TMS mode is set correctly. This is a huge problem when troubleshooting TMS and CTS/TX integration problems. Two things should be implemented: 1) A visible field in the endpoint web UI to indicate whether the system is in TMS mode, and 2) A sensible API function TMS can use to see whether the system is in TMS mode. Conditions: n/a
