Description (partial)
Symptom: Call drop between endpoint and bridge through VCS after session fresh reInvite exchange over SIP ICT. Conditions: Initial call has multiple codecs negotiated. When refresh timer pops over SIP ICT, CUCM sends reInvite without "+multiple-codecs-in-ans" tag that results in single codec being negotiated. This codec change triggers unnecessary/additional offer/answer exchange across whole call path and results in conflict.
