Description (partial)

A stack of 1 more catalyst 3850 series switches may repeatedly report the following error.

%SNMP-3-INPUT_QFULL_ERR: Packet dropped due to input queue full

The box is being polled via SNMP.  It is believed this is related to CISCO-PROCESS-MIB, but it hasn't been confirmed.
