Description (partial)

On ASA After a failover from active to standby, the old active UNIT (new standby) will delete the active IKE/IPSEC sa. 
This may cause temporary connectivity failures until DPD (dead peer detection) tears down 
SAs and re-established.

Failover is enabled and failover from active to standby is initiated
