Symptom:
Steps:
1. in debug shell, erase ctl
2. in debug shell, show config security trust-list
Result:
CTL is still shown.
To make it reproduced more clear, shut down TFTP service to make phone can't get CTL
On 99xx phone, it works well for same case.

Conditions:
in debug shell, execute CLI
