Description (partial)

Symptom:
sysdb_mc process memory leaking, which cause  memory fragmentation in sysdb_mc process memory space.

Big buffer allocation will fail due to memory fragmentation.

Conditions:
When a configuration commit contains error, the commit is aborted and leave some sysdb internal memory buffer not freed.
