Symptom:
S2 SR 629708171

In this S2 case, we spent a lot of time to help customer get around issue due to lack of documentation about the RCC feature.

This defect is requesting to have a consistent description of RCC feature in deployment/configuration guide along with troubleshooting guide across for OCS/LYNC/RCC to prevent this kind of confusion from happening again in future.

Microsoft MOC/OCS/LYNC client control IP phone feature via CUPS (RCC) can be done via two ways:

1.	Install plug-in and
2.	Using WEB @ https://cupserveraddress:8443/ccmuser/showHomeMini.do?mini=true OR https://<cup_ip>:8443/cupuser/mocSelectEdit.do?mini-true

Method #1 is documented well in RCC feature cross all while the WEB option is not.  Without proper documentation, no one would know proper URL for accessing this feature via WEB.  The only place mentioned this seems to be in it in the troubleshooting steps of the RCC guides (see attached for detail).  

In short, this piece of information is only available on 9.1.x LYNC troubleshooting guide (not even on 8.6.x or 9.1.1 OCS).
