Symptom: A person using VSOM may run into this defect if they cannot view archived data from a portion of their LTS server. A solid green bar appears for the entire LTS archive. The first half of the archive (ie, the first 50% - 60% of the recorded data) loads fine, but the rest does not. The slider bar is placed in that area, and it simply does not seek. Steps to identify this: 1. Load either stream in the SASD client 2. Right click in the client >> ?Select Streams? 3. Load the LTS archive 4. Seek to the second half of the archive >> Result: does not seek. Conditions: This may occur when a media server backs up to an LTS server.
