Cisco Bug: CSCuo09889 - TACACS+ authentication commands not applied during full update
Feb 11, 2018
- Cisco Wide Area Application Services (WAAS) Appliances
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: A device is registered to the CM. The expectation is that the device will receive all the configurations from the global device group. But, even after 10 minutes, the authentication commands for TACACS+ have not applied. In the CM GUI, the new device's configuration page for the authentication settings shows the settings come from the local device instead of from the device group. Conditions: The device did not have the TACACS+ host and key configured prior to registering with the CM, and the authentication commands that are sent by the CM are applied before host and key are applied. (OR) When the device is getting a full update from CM-Device Group, authentication keys are getting pushed before Tacacs host and key configurations.
