Symptom:
Currently when you need to re-image a Cisco ISE 3300 Series appliance, it is recommended to set the timezone to UTC from the BIOS prior to installation. If the timezone was not properly set, the reports and logs from the various nodes in the deployment could be out of sync with regard to the timestamps.

ISE enhancement  - Ability to sync hardware clock with the local time by issuing a "hwclock --systohc --localtime" command post installation from ISE CLI.
