Description (partial)

Intermittently, when trying to reset password/PIN for end users using BAT, job will get stuck in Processing. No log file will be generated for such Job. Trying to do the same process again for same group of users mostly works fine.

All CUCM versions are affected. No limit to number of users in the Job. Issue can happen when BAT is executed for one user or more.
