Unable to add new rows in bat.xlt

Download Bat.xlt

Select VG 310 or 320 or 350 tab.

Can able to add data in the first row only.

If i go to enter input in second row, it asks  "To Unprotect sheet command"

For every new row, It forces to go Review tab then select Unprotect sheet.
