Symptom: Observe traceback when doing software oir in large scale: 052105: *Apr 2 10:55:40.875 BJ: %IPCGRP-3-CMDOP: IPC command 4 (slot3/0): line card ipc is disabled - blocking ipc command failed -Traceback= EFB5398 F22C514 F22E40C F2477D0 F247990 F7C4014 F7C6464 E901108 F230C7C F2370F0 F13F9C4 F134A54 052106: *Apr 2 10:55:41.231 BJ: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Cable7/0/0, changed state to down Conditions: 1.Boot CMTS with 2 Jacket card and 8 CLC. 2.Do hw-module subslot reset for each jacketcard and CLC one by one. There's a chance to see the Traceback. It is a rare case, very hard to reproduce.
