Symptom:
Observe traceback when doing software oir in large scale:

Conditions:
1.Boot CMTS with 2 Jacket card and 8 CLC.
2.Do hw-module subslot reset for each jacketcard and CLC one by one.

There's a chance to see the Traceback.

It is a rare case, very hard to reproduce.
