Description (partial)

Symptom:
This is due to how the Cisco Jabber client software/code is written, more specifically the built-in LDAP client.  Unfortunately this cannot be altered by our local/server configuration.  However, this is only occurring on the initial client launch/login.  This does not occur during regular contact searches.
