Cisco Bug: CSCuo07597 - Maps: SD image is rendered before the Ap2Ap recalc is done, then changes
May 05, 2016
- Cisco Prime Infrastructure

Symptom: After RF Prediction Calculation for SD/floor is done, the colored floor's Heat Map image shown right after the OK on popup is clicked, is different from its appearance if the user navigates away from the current floor and then revisits back. Note: in case of noted difference the first image is wrong as calculated on incomplete input; the final appearance of the Heat Map for the floor should be deemed correct. Conditions: Due to the various physical configuration of the obstacles on the floor, the AP population of the floor in question, and level of Prime Infrastructure's server system load, the background calculation can take longer so that the floor picture is rendered incorrectly for the first time, in any case subsequent visits of the floor will cause the correct picture to be rendered and shown.
