Description (partial)

Symptom:
PI 2.0  AP associate alarm set to be warning alarm, however it  is send out as critical alarm in northbound.

Conditions:
had north bound notification enable. For critical alarm only. In severity setting AP associate to controller is set to warning level. However, customer still receive the AP associate alarm. </p>
