Symptom: It has been seen that GGSN/PGW might intermittently be putting packets out of order between Gi/Gn on GGSN or Sgi/S5 on PGW. Conditions: This seems to be related to MPLS/VRF configurations: If traffic for certain subscriber comes in on Gi/Sgi with MPLS header
