Description (partial)

Symptom:
LCP ECHOREP is not sent out phsically with C7301.

Conditions:
At the debug log, LCP ECHOREP is seen as below:

Vi2 LCP-FS: I ECHOREP [Open] id 23 len 12 magic 0x34FFA1D9
Vi2 LCP-FS: Received id 23, sent id 23, line up

Vi2 LCP-FS: O ECHOREP [Open] id 20 len 8 magic 0xFDFC36BE <<<<<
Vi2 LCP: O ECHOREQ [Open] id 24 len 12 magic 0xFDFC36BE
 
However, ECHOREP packet  to PPPoE server is not seen between Router(Cisco_cc:cc:cc) and ONU.
It seems that Mac address of PPPoE server is Cisco_aa:aa:aa.

Because of keepalive failure, PPPoE session is terminated.
