Description (partial)

Symptom:
AP700 series doesn't allow clients to connect when the SSID is configured with WPA1-PSK-TKIP. The same client works fine on the same SSID and same PSK if we change to WPA2+AES

Conditions:
AP700 and SSID doing WPA1+TKIP+PSK
