Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When an incoming call to a phone is un-answered OR the line is busy OR the device is unregistered OR by CFWDALL to another DN, etc..., the call gets disconnected with fast busy tone. Conditions: Other call loops should have occurred at some time in the past, when the call was attempted to be forwarded to voicemail or to some other destination.
