Description (partial)

Symptom:
snmpwalk returns always the same malformed ip address in for all:
polling the BGP peer status by SNMP from the devices, this object bgpPeer2LocalAddr should return the IP address of the BGP peer in Hexadecimal form. However, these hex values do not match the IP addresses.

Conditions:
IOS XE Version: 03.06.02S (15.2(2)S2) or 03.07.01S (15.2(4)S1) or after
snmpwalk of object bgpPeer2LocalAddr
