Description (partial)

Symptom:
With CUPC installed, groups in Jabber named with non ASCII characters are shown twice, also users are incorrectly divided into these duplicate groups. Users are divided based on their source (Directory or SOAP)

Conditions:
1. Have CUPC installed
2. Have groups named with non ASCII characters and a mix of directory and shared contacts in them
3. Install Jabber
