IIS's CPU usage gets very high. 

Sample log entries from log-web-public.txt:

   at System.Xml.XmlSubtreeReader.get_NodeType()
   at System.Xml.XmlSubtreeReader.get_NodeType()
   at System.Xml.XmlReader.MoveToContent()
   at System.Xml.XmlReader.IsStartElement()


The issue has been seen in Cisco TMS 14.3.2, but earlier versions could also be affected. The issue happens when receiving certain gatekeeper registration events from the VCS, when the event contains more than two aliases. Cisco TMS is only able to process two of them, and IIS then starts hanging.
