Description (partial)

Symptom:
CVP_Reporting server needed to have proper accesses (full control) in the C:/tmp and C:/Temp, and a file was needed to be created on the cvp_reporting server named C:/cuicquery.out

C:/cuicquery.out should be moved to the temp folder
