Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone use http for some IPMA menu while provision https in phone service.

Conditions:
Steps:
1. Provision "Assistant Pri Svc  - pool 1" as "https://tqi-ucm-3:8443/ma/servlet/MAService?cmd=doPhoneService&Name=#DEVICENAME#"
2.Provision above service on phone, after press "Assistant Pri Svc" assistant phone enter into Assitant Status is Online window with https.
3. Select manager, enter into Manager window, still https.
4. Select any item in Manager window, such as Filter:Off
----Error: phone use http to change Filter in Manager window, lock icon in Manager window disappear.
phone use http for any item in Manager window .
Attach the phone log.
