Description (partial)
Symptom: Cisco ACS versions prior to 5.x fail to restrict TACACS user access to a device based on IP address restrictions when the user is coming from a IPv6 address. Conditions: Cisco ACS versions prior to 5.x do not support IPv6. As a consequence, IP based restriction is failing when the received TACACS <REM_ADDR> attribute contains ipv6 address.
