Description (partial)

Symptom:
Continuous noise sometimes heard on specific channels while receiving audio on Cisco Instant Connect for Android or Remote IDC.

Conditions:
IPICS Dispatch Console 4.8(1)
Cisco Instant Connect for Android 4.8(1)

Scenario 1(Android):
Switching from WiFi to cellular, and vice versa, causes bad noise on the Samsung Galaxy Rugby Pro.
1) Connect to Cisco Anyconnect VPN and Login to a remote IDC server on both Rugby(4G) and Samsung Galaxy S4 as user1.
2) Connect to same channel on both the devices and start transmitting from Rugby, and roam around.
Actual Result: Sometimes it takes 5-25 PTT's before the noise is heard.

Scenario 2(Remote IDC): 
1) Login as User A and User B on Remote IDC.
2) Using the IPICS Administration Console, associate 50 channels to User A and User B.
3) On both IDC's, power on all 50 channels.
4) On User A's IDC, select all 50 channels, and press All Talk for few seconds.  Then talk on each channel individually.  Repeat as needed.
6) User B might receive bad noise intermittently on some channels.
