Description (partial)

Symptom:
Duplicate packets received over VXLAN overlay in VPC topology.

Conditions:
After boot up of a VPC switch duplicate packets may be received by devices on the far end VXLAN connection.  This may occur if a destination MAC address is not programmed on both VPC switches.  In this case the switch with the MAC address entry may forward the flow as a unicast VXLAN flow.  The switch without the MAC address entry may also forward the flow as unknown unicast
