cat6k with 15.0(1) SY4 dot1dTpFdbAddress looping,

Error: OID not increasing: BRIDGE-MIB::dot1dTpFdbAddress.'.....2'

Conditions:
Conditions for problem to occur:
1. On switch that you are polling SNMP info you have HSRP configured and in active state (MAC address for HSRP is static)
2. On neighbor device you have HSRP configured for the same vlan but HSRP group number is one lower (dynamic entry in MAC address table) 

Configuration examle:
- Topology: 6500 ----- 3560 
- Link between 6500 and 3560 is standard trunk
- 6500 configuration:
interface Vlan1
 ip address 172.16.1.1 255.255.255.248
 no ip redirects
 standby 67 ip 172.16.1.2
 standby 67 priority 110
 standby 67 preempt
