Symptom: IM didn't sync across all devices Conditions: When an initial IM is received, it is seen on all devices a user may have (Mac, Windows, iPad, iPhone). However once one of these devices is used to respond to the IM, the rest of the chat only appears on that one device and is not seen on the rest of the devices. IMs should be sync'd throughout all devices.
