Description (partial)

Symptom:
During load testing, an ASR 1k router may experience an extremely rare crash when incrementing interface counter statistics (ifstats) if the data that originally stored a packet was already freed.

Conditions:
None specifically. This is an extremely rare crash due to a timing issue, but as traffic load increases, the opportunity to see this may go up.
