Symptom: Webex application is not shown in QCB Conditions: Procedure: 1.Configure an Exchange account, jabber account , WebEx meetings account on the endpoint. 2 .Launch WebEx app and create an Instant Meeting 3.End the meeting 4. Make sure that few of the exchange contacts are synced to the device. 5.Launch a contact widget to the home screen and select one of the exchange contacts. 6. Make sure that the selected exchange contact have an email address associated with it. 7. QCB should be displayed with call, contact ,Email , Jabber IM and WebEx
