Symptom:
Agent receives a message pop indicating chat is waiting for agent when no chat is present.

Conditions:
CIM 9.0.2: Chat Flow -> chat received by agent, supervisor joins the chat, agent leaves chat, supervisor continues chat with customer.  Transferring Agent sees that message.
